It’s anyone’s district as a new El Paso area district is born with the new alignment.

2-4A

The Lady Eagles return size in 6-2 Maya Conteras in the interior. Mountain View lose their key players to graduation, opening the door for Riverside, who return Sophiya Bustillos.

  5. Fort Stockton
  6. Pecos

Seminole headline the district with London Shain returning to the starting lineup. Andrews will be in the sleeper role, who return all five starters and 12 letterman.

  6. Perryton
  7. West Plains
  8. Borger

Canyon remain the team to beat but Randall move down looking to challenge the Lady Eagles. The Lady Harvesters of Pampa will be in a sleeper role, who return their entire roster.

  4. Sweetwater
  5. Snyder
  6. Lake View

There is plenty of buzz involving Estacado and their underclassmen and rightfully so as the program has the pieces in place for a deep playoff run. Sweetwater graduated only one senior and will be looking to make noise in the district.

  2. Stephenville
  3. Brownwood
  4. Graham
  5. Mineral Wells

Glen Rose return four starters that have been playing well over the summer and stringing the pieces into a deep playoff run. Stephenville will continue to have the athleticism in the guard spot and will look for a new playmaker in the interior. Graham gradate heavy that made the playoffs last season.

7-4A

  1. Sanger
  2. Burkburnett
  3. Wichita Falls Hirschi
  4. Gainesville
  5. Wichita Falls

Sanger look to be the main team to beat in the district looking on paper. Burkburnett graduate heavy from last year, making all of the district a very competitive one from top to bottom. 

8-4A

  1. Decatur
  2. Bridgeport
  3. Krum
  4. Springtown
  5. River Oaks Castleberry
  6. Lake Worth

From top to bottom, any team could finish in any spot in the district. Decatur will look for their athleticism and running the floor well. Bridgeport and Krum will both be young.
