Canadian lose their key playmakers that led their deep playoff run to the regional finals. Bushland re-tool for what could be a big year. Spearman will be in a sleeper role as they find new leadership in the coaching spot.

  6. Lubbock Roosevelt

Childress have put together a solid summer and look to put the pieces together for a district title season. Idalou and Shallowater will reload for their spot to contest for the top seed in the district as the district shapes up to be more top-heavy this coming season.

Littlefield return a solid amount returning with another Edgemon sister in Kyndal. Denver City return most of the roster to make noise in a tough district as Brownfield lose their key players from a state tournament team two years ago.

The Lady Coyotes look to return to district supremacy. Crane move into the district as the seeding race is open for any team to make their way into the postseason.

  7. Austin IDEA Montopolis

Blanco return leading scorer Meadow Schlinke to the starting lineup along with Haleigh Charles. Llano also return experience on the roster that look to challenge for the district title. The turn-around at Florence looks to continue, with experience returning.

Wall look to challenge Jim Ned after putting in a strong summer with their tough defense and athletic guard play. The Lady Indians return Ashlynn Galvin and had a solid showing from Riley Grohman. Newcomer in the district Coahoma return experience on the roster and graduate three seniors that look to make an immediate impact on the playoff race this season.

Holliday picked up the most talented player in Texhoma in Jaylnn Bristow, who is verbally committed to Iowa State and return a solid amount of experience led by Katy Jo Piper. City View return quite a bit and have put in a strong summer to challenge for the district title. Iowa Park drop down from 4A and return their leading scorer in Bella Dickens.

Peaster return all five starters from a regional tournament team that look to make a deeper run this season. Brock also return experience, but will remain young as the pieces are starting to show for future success. Millsap return their leading scorer in Kelsey Ground. Early also return experience as they missed out on the playoff race and look to challenge for a playoff spot with Eastland.
