Three tough districts

14-1A

The top four teams will be fighting for seeding come crunch time as Westbrook and Hermleigh will be in rebuilding stages along with Highland challenging for a district title. Ira will be playing a sleeper role that could steal wins against the Lady Cardinals or Westbrook to try to improve playoff seeding.

11-1A

With the addition of Garden City, a tradition-rich program, and Veribest, a regional up-and-coming team, this will be a battle for positioning along with a team like Blackwell, who are no easy out for anyone. Robert Lee, despite losing key players, will be tough to beat with a solid post presence.

16-1A

On paper, it’s anyone’s race to the crown currently in July. Chillicothe return a solid group that shows lots of promise and the up-and-coming program in Electra that Patton is building is impressive as it enters the second year of building. Benjamin and Munday are also playoff contenders entering the early preseason stages as Crowell will be the main sleeper in the district.
